Welcome to the Beatrice Wrestling Club

3rd through 8th grade Wrestlers and Parents that are interested in the upcoming Huskerland Duals teams, need to pick up and sign the Huskerland Duals release form. It can picked up and signed at practice. The wrestle offs have been moved to 2-13-12 due to parent teacher conferences this week. Also because of parent teachers conferences we will not practice on Thursday.

Husker Wrestling Night, what a great turnout as we had 120 people from BWC in the crowd along with the entire BHS wrestling team and coaches. Hopefully this is something we can continue to do as a team in the future, as it appeared that everyone had a great time.

Practices, both sessions are schedule into March, unless there is a significant drop off in the first session. Parents, there are still several “local” meets to take your wrestlers to. Off the top of my head, Wymore, Tri-County and Fairbury are all in the next 4 weeks. So keep the younger ones in practice so they can continue to grow.
Palmyra has not yet set a date for their tournament that was cancelled. Norris had original rescheduled for March 10th as the date but may be changing it to another date, as that date is the same date as Tri-County and Huskerland Duals.

Sometime in the next month we will set a BWC Banquet date, please mark your calendars to attend so your wrestler(s) get all their season ending awards. Awards include Champs Club shirts and Service awards, every wrestler earns awards, even the 1st year wrestlers.
